Over at Balsam house, exterior finishing work is well underway with the basecoat substantially applied. On the interior, finish paint ing has started on the 2nd floor along with final millwork and tiling installations. Exterior finishing work has also begun on Cameron house.

A major milestone has been hit this past week, with the installation of the roof for Cameron House. With this step completed, all efforts can now turn to building out the interiors. On that note, interior structural framing is nearing completion on the lower floors in Cameron House, and drywalling is due to begin shortly.

Drywalling continues over in Balsam house, with taping and priming mostly complete on the lower floors. The walls for the top floor in Cameron house have now been poured, and coming up next will be final glazing and roof installation.

Drywall has begun to go up at a rapid pace in Balsam house, along with certain amenities like fireplaces and gas rough-ins. Over at Cameron, our crews have begun pouring the concrete walls for the top floor, and are not far away from beginning work on the roof!
